Mavis Llewellyn, Senior Wire Artist has more than 50 years of wireworking behind her, Mavis brought a very important element to the magazine –– experience. She is responsible for some of the most beautiful and complex designs to date. Mavis began wireworking in 1959 when she and her late husband, Jim, came to Canada and he decided to turn his hobby into a business. Jim had been wireworking since 1935 in England and, in the late ’60s, published three books.
